Note: This menu is served buffet style and includes disposable plates, napkins and eating utensils. Parties with 75 guests or more include the use of our chaffing dishes and a buffet attendant for 1 hour of service. The attendant will then clean up the buffet and leave leftovers in disposable pans if refrigeration is available. Parties with 74 guests or less are "drop and go". We set up the buffet and the attendant does not stay during the service. Disposable chaffing dishes are available at this type of service for $10 per chaffer. There will be a delivery charge for orders under $500.00. Please call early to book your holiday party.
